JOB OVERVIEW (& PROMOTION)
This is a college student learning internship.
In this role, you will learn about the essential functions of human resources including recruiting & staffing, orientation & on-boarding, compensation administration, benefits administration, learning & development, rewards & recognition, employee & labor relations, performance management, occupational safety & health, regulatory compliance, and separation process & off-boarding.
This is a trainee role and the focus will be education and completing a series of learning lessons targeted towards these essential functions.
