Currently we have an opening for Contract Manager with our client in Italy. It is a permanent position and client is looking only for Italian nationals. Please find below the job description:
Principle Accountabilities:
· Responsible for the overall E2E direction and management of contracts under your remit and assist with other contracts when requested.
· Reviews and manages contractual obligations of the parties and tracks the implementation progress of the project in coordination with Technology Project team, Operations team and Sourcing team e.g. equipment delivery time lines, systems upgrades, etc.
· Responsible for issuing reports regarding contract status, compliance, modifications, etc.
· Provides continual review of all contracts under his responsibility to ensure all terms and conditions are met.
· Supervisor of contractual delivery / contract change management and driver of accelerating cash flow-in
· Reports any deviations from contractual obligations (e.g. committed SoW and PIP), delays in equipment delivery, shortages in delivered BoQ, malfunctioning equipment, etc) and notifies the supplier on those deviations and potential contractual implications e.g. LDs or legal proceedings.
· Keep track of all additional SOW changes requested throughout the life of the agreement.
· Identifies risks and issues, suggests alternatives and implements BATNA that creates a win-win solution.
· Proactively work with the suppliers and teams to resolve contractual issues, interfacing with Legal as needed.
· Assess any applicable penalties, Liquidated Damages, and service credits based on continuous performance monitoring.
· Analyze and incorporate any change requests as appropriate during the life cycle of the contract
· Lead the contract fulfillment process and where required draft and negotiate moderate to complex, routine contractual terms and performs contract close-out activities.
· Attend regular review meetings with network operators and stakeholders, working with Client decision makers, take action required to resolve commercial issues. Additionally, acts as primary contact between project team and/or business unit and Legal, ensuring all legal and contractual matters are addressed efficiently and promptly.
· Provides management with monthly updates on status of implementation progress of contracted scope from mobile operator, arising issues and impact on Client business.
· Working with the project manager ensuring that risks are captured, communicated and managed from a financial and contractual perspective and that PO and invoice planning and clear, concise and delivered in a timely manner.
Requirements:
· Master degree or abovein telecommunication, electronics, or engineering, economics, international business or legal.
· At least five years of work experience in telecommunications environment, familiar with pre-sales services, sales support, bid management, finance and commercial management, project management, cross product technology;
· Feel comfortable in multinational environment; good team player;
· Effective written and oral communicator
· Enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable, looking for new challenges.

Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Site communication: Assist Vietnam Employee Communications in reviewing existing communication channels in the site, execute site communications content, assist in logistic arrangement for site-wide forums and small group discussions.
- Factory communication: Understanding employees needs and continuously improving the existing human resource system to achieve efficiency and effective.
- Site and Factory events: Assist event teams in design and especially execute portions of the program.
- Local language translation: Assist Employee Communications lead in Vietnam local language project and any translation needed from Corporation.
- Employee training deployment and coordination.
Qualifications
- Fluence in Vietnamese, Good command in English, understanding Chinese is preferred.
- A team player and quick learner
- Hardworking and can work independently and under pressure
- Having innovative and creative ideas
- Possess good analytical skills
- Understanding and having knowledge in communications & training is an advantage.
-Multi-culture mindsets, understand cultures differences
- Experience in sporting brands knowledge of ESH and CSR is preferred.
